On average, we have 110 players on our team. A restaurant of our size has many different positions that we have to fill to provide the best quality food and service possible. Some of the positions are:

Front of the House

+ Host/Hostesss

This position requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly face, and tons of speed and energy.

+ Front Cashier

In addition to a friendly personality, this position requires someone who is capable of handling money and running a computerized register.

+ ToGo Worker/Cashier

This area is very fast paced, challenging, and exciting. Must have excellent customer service and problem solving skills.

+ Plate Carrier

This position involves helping wait staff serve food to guests. Must have energy, speed, and a pleasant attitude.

+ Dining Room Wait Staff

This position requires a high-energy team player who will take orders and serve food. You need to have excellent customer service skills and an eagerness to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Back of the House

+ Kitchen Staff

This position is an entry-level kitchen position. An individual must be high energy and be able to multitask.

+ Dishroom Staff

This position requires an individual to be extremely hardworking and willing to get down and dirty when needed.

+ Busser

This position involves cleaning and clearing tables. A busser needs to have speed and exhibit a professional attitude.
