Welcome to Wades - Frozen Foods

Our Frozen Foods were created for those times when you want the taste and quality of homemade , but don’t have the time to prepare it. All of our frozen food products are made at the restaurant using the same recipes and quality ingredients as the items you have been enjoying at Wade’s for years. Our boil-in-bag items and yeast rolls are blast frozen and vacuum packed to preserve their taste and texture for months in your freezer. We also designed our frozen casseroles to be cooked in your oven and not the microwave. It takes a little longer, but the end result is a product with the taste and texture of homemade. This is something you just can’t get using a microwave.

Our delicious casseroles are available in quart cups ready to thaw and bake in your own pans. These are great for those busy family evenings when you have to run to ball practice or dance class or when you need a quick casserole for a church social or a friend in need. Simply thaw what you need, pour into your own casserole dish and bake. One quart will serve 5 people. We do all the work, and you can take all the credit. We won’t tell if you don’t!

Boil-In-Bag items are ready to eat in no time. Simply take them from the freezer, drop them into a pot of boiling water and in about 20 minutes you’ll have a piping hot vegetable or meat ready to serve to your family or guests. Remember, our boil-in-bag items are vacuum packed to preserve their taste and freshness! The following items are available in Boil-in-Bag:

BBQ Beef Hash - Great to take on vacation for an easy entrée. 4 - 6 servings or 8-10 sandwiches.
Homemade Spaghetti Sauce - It’s made from scratch using only quality ingredients. Serves 4.
Country Style Steak - You won’t believe how good it is! We added extra gravy to go over rice or potatoes if needed. Serves 2- 3.
Stew Beef - The same great Stew Beef recipe that you’ve enjoyed at Wade’s for years. Serve it alone or over rice. Serves 3.
Okra and Tomatoes - Tender okra and tasty tomatoes cooked together with just the right seasonings.
Creamed Corn - A Wade’s favorite for years and loved by kids!
Turnip Greens - We know how to season greens. We’ve been doing it since 1947!
Homemade Vegetable Soup - Made from scratch in our kitchen using a recipe that has been passed down for generations.
Pinto Beans – Dried beans that are slow-cooked and seasoned to perfection.
Black-eyed Peas - These beans are one of our customer favorites.

A Wade’s meal wouldn’t be complete without our delicious rolls and cornbread. We know that bread is best when it is served fresh out of the oven. That’s why we came up with our par baked yeast rolls and our frozen cornbread mix.

Yeast Rolls - Our Yeast Rolls are par-baked and then frozen. All you have to do is finish baking and Enjoy! Pop one in the toaster oven in the morning for breakfast!
Cornbread Mix — Purchase it frozen in quart containers, thaw and bake in your own pan. One quart makes about a dozen cornbread muffins.
