Although joining the Wade's team in 2003, my experience totals over 17 years in the food service industry. As a native of southwest Louisiana, I "grew up" on Cajun and Southern cooking. Having an oil field supervisor for a father, I began working during the summers as a roughneck on an oil rig at the age of 16. It was after graduation from the University of Southwestern Louisiana that I began my foodservice career here in Spartanburg almost 18 years ago. We moved to Missouri for a short time and were lucky to return to Spartanburg. The people here are so friendly and make you feel at home that we now have chosen to make this our permanent home. My hobbies include watching sports, listening to all types of music, and spending quality time with my family. |
