Betty Broccoli

I'm Betty Broccoli, and I'm the Hospitality Specialist at Wade's. It's my job to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed while you're here.

I started out in a rich, moist South Carolina garden and grew up quickly. I have some very famous relatives. My closest family members are cabbage and cauliflower...I know you've heard of them! But I was an only child. I don't mind, though, because there were a lot of other broccoli stalks growing up with me in our garden. We had a great time. A lot of my friends went on to make some very important partners in the food industry. Brenda, my best friend, made it big with cheese, and others did well, too. You can find a lot of my friends in garden fresh salads, some hang out with dips, and others love steam. We're a well-rounded group.

I love it here at Wade's Restaurant. It makes me feel good knowing that you enjoyed your stay. I take great pride in choosing the most comfortable seats for our restaurant and making sure the rest of the surroundings are pleasant and relaxed. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
