Due to the government mandate, we are only able to accommodate half the amount of guests as usual in our dining room and social distancing procedures will be strictly enforced in our lobby area. We are very excited to take the next step towards “getting back to normal” however there are some things to know before you decide to dine-in!
Our new inside pickup system allows the guest to alert us that they are in the parking lot via a mobile check in app, which in turn means they can remain in their car or outside until we alert them via a text message that their order is ready and waiting. Other precautionary steps that we are taking within this new ToGo model are moving our pickup area to the large dining room that was previously used for Express, clearly marked social distancing “dots” on the floor, plexiglass barriers between our guests and our cashiers, continued sanitation practices on all contact surfaces by a designated staff member, friendly attendants that are directing guests through the process, and much more.
One thing is for sure, our team is trying to do the best they can under circumstances that are beyond our control and our mission will continue to be to try to find ways to DELIGHT our guests.
