As we approach our 75th anniversary in business, our family restaurant continues to strive for excellence amid unprecedented challenges. While the challenges are many, locating team members to operate a restaurant that serves over 2000 guests a day, while making the majority of items from scratch in our kitchen, is the biggest challenge right now.
