NO! Simply come to our ToGo area and shop from our refrigerated and freezer cases, it's just like a grocery store!
When will I be able to purchase my frozen cook-at-home items?
See the dates listed above to know what you can pick up when! Again, NO PRE-ORDERS on any of the items listed above. All frozen and refrigerated cook-at-home items are first come, first serve while supplies last!
Can you guarantee or reserve items for me?
NO! All items are while supplies last so get yours asap!
How do I thaw my frozen food?
We recommend thawing your frozen food quart containers in the refrigerator for 24 - 48 hours prior to cooking. Or you can use our quick thaw method. Visit eatatwades.com/holidays to learn more!
What dish size should I use for my frozen sides?
1 quart: 4 cup casserole dish | 2 quarts: 8" x 8" | 3 quarts: 9" x 13" Click here for a helpful graphic.
How long will my frozen food last?
6 months is our recommendation if stored properly in the freezer. Expiration dates are on each frozen food package!
I need to feed a large group, can I place a hot & ready bulk order for pick up on easter sunday?
We have limited time slots available for pick up of hot & ready bulk orders (aka self-service catering) on Easter Sunday. Bulk Orders are a self-service catering option that provides large hot & ready orders by the pan for 15 or more people. If you are feeding more than 15 people, please call 864.582.3800 (ext 3) to inquire about placing a bulk order with our bulk order specialist. Again, there are limited available time slots for hot & ready Bulk Orders to be picked up on Easter Sunday so all bulk orders are first come, first serve. See Bulk Order page for more details.
