Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pre-order my cook-at-home frozen and refrigerated holiday items?

No pre-orders are taken for the items listed on this flyer! Simply come to our ToGo area and shop from our refrigerated and freezer cases, it's just like a grocery store! Our frozen items will last 6 months if stored properly in the freezer (buy now!) and our refrigerated perishable items will be available in ToGo closer to the holidays. Don't wait until the last minute because all items are while supplies last!

When will I be able to purchase my holiday items?

Our frozen food items are available for purchase NOW in our ToGo area -- simply store them in your freezer until the holidays. Our boneless Turkeys and Hams will be available starting Tuesday, November 16 -- to keep fresh, keep stored in the package in your refrigerator (not freezer!) until the holidays. All other refrigerated perishable items will be available starting Monday, November 22 of Thanksgiving week. Cooking instructions will be on each package. Again, all items are WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!

Can I order hot & ready pints, quarts, pans or sliced meats the weeks leading up to THANKSGIVING?

Due to the high volume of requests for hot & ready food that we experience during the holiday season, we cannot take call-in orders for already cooked HOT pints, HOT quarts, or HOT sliced meats after November 10. If you want to place a large hot & ready order for 25 or more people please call 582.3800 (ext 3) to place a bulk order with our bulk order specialist. Our deadline for bulk orders that will be picked up 11/11 - 11/24 is November 10th. Minimums and other restrictions apply. Visit our bulk order page for more details.

Can you guarantee or reserve items for me?

NO. All items are while supplies last!

How do I thaw my frozen food?

We recommend thawing your frozen food quart containers in the refrigerator for 24 - 48 hours prior to cooking. Or you can use our quick thaw method. View our videos above or you can download instructions here.

What dish size should I use for my frozen sides?

1 quart: 4 cup casserole dish | 2 quarts: 8" x 8" | 3 quarts: 9" x 13". Click here to view a helpful serving size graphic.

How long will my frozen food last?

6 months is our recommendation if stored properly in the freezer. Expiration dates are on each frozen food package.

Are you open on Thanksgiving day?

Yes! Our dining room and ToGo area will be open for lunch 11am - 3pm on Thanksgiving Day.
